The welcome we received when arriving was excellent very helpful, explained all the areas that were needed. The whole site has been well maintained and continuously looked after. The fishing ponds are well stocked with a wide range of sized fish in each of the 6. The owner is very welcoming and friendly taking the time to talk to everyone as she passes during the day. Would highly recommend for family's with young children wanting to learn fishing or if you are more advanced it's still great. Would come back again and again.

We came to this campsite and fishery last bank holiday. Wow what a great friendly place. Nicki, the owner is such a lovely and accommodating person. Nothing is too much trouble. We came with friends, us in our campervan and our friends in their caravan. The site is clean, tidy and very well run. My husband, our friends and their kids caught absolutely loads of quality fish. We will definitely be returning here in the future. Thank you Donna and Andrew

Absolutely fantastic at Field Farm Fisheries. Nicky was absolutely brilliant from start to finish and really made the whole experience special. She was so friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, always happy to help with anything and making sure everything was perfect for us. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests and takes great pride in the place. The location itself is peaceful, beautifully maintained and ideal for anyone wanting a relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle. The fishing lakes are kept in excellent condition and the whole site has such a calm and enjoyable atmosphere. Would highly recommend staying here, especially thanks to Nicky for making us feel so welcome. We’ll definitely be back again soon. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We really loved this site, it wasn't busy or crowded, plenty of space, good sized pitches in countryside surroundings. It felt like a good old fashioned site, the owner is very generous with the pitch sizes. The fishing lakes were really popular with campers and non-campers (the visitors used a separate car park and different toilets). The campsite toilets/showers are coded to prevent fishermen/ladies using them. The facilities are basic but seemed clean. We did not use the showers (we used our own), I believe they are £1 for 5 minutes. Our pitch was close to the toilets/lakes and unfortunately the waste disposal which was the only downside as it whiffed a bit! Good sized field for dog walking (not enclosed). You are able to walk to the local village (20 minutes) on a path down the A12, which has a cafe, Chinese takeaway (they deliver to site) and pub (Horse and Groom - very nice). Whilst there we visited Walberswick, Southwold and Beccles, all within a 20 minute drive. Would recommend this campsite 100%.
