Swan House

Swan House is a restored period cottage in Wangford village, a few minutes' walk from the Suffolk Heritage coast. The property sleeps 10 across four bedrooms: a kingsize on the first floor with ensuite shower, a second kingsize with ensuite, a double, and two bunks on the second floor. There are three bathrooms total. The whole place is yours alone, and one dog stays free.

The ground floor centres on a kitchen with electric oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge, opening to a dining area. A living room has a wood burner and Sky TV. Upstairs, each of the first two bedrooms has its own shower room with heated towel rail. The cottage includes Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen, towels and wood for the burner. An enclosed garden has sitting areas, garden furniture and a gas barbecue; note there is a fenced pond here. Bikes can be stored, and parking is available nearby.

This works for extended family groups wanting to cook together and spread out. The village has a shop selling local produce and a children's playground within walking distance. The Angel Inn is close by. No smoking throughout. Arrival is after 4pm, departure before 10am.
