The Wood Shed

The Wood Shed is a converted barn in rural East Suffolk, sitting on the edge of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty near the Heritage Coast. It sleeps four across two bedrooms – a double and a twin – with a single bathroom. Everything is on the ground floor: an open-plan kitchen, dining and living space with a woodburner, plus a games room equipped with pool, table tennis, table football and air hockey. Large windows look over open fields and woodland.

The kitchen is fully fitted for self-catering, with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. One bedroom has an ensuite shower cubicle; the other has a bathroom with a bath and shower over. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are provided, along with initial fuel for the fire. A shared laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer is available. One dog stays free and can use the shared gardens; the property sits within a small cluster of conversions on the owners' grounds. Parking is on site for one car. Non-smokers only. The location puts you within reach of Dunwich Forest, RSPB Minsmere, Walberswick beach and Southwold, with a shop and pub about 2 miles away and beaches 4 miles distant.
