My mum,my little girl and I had a lovely stay here. We found parking easy and free. Located close to beach, shops and some lovely eateries and pubs nearby too. Our host was helpful and attentive and checked us in without any issues. Our rooms were very clean and bright, really comfortable bed and tea,coffee and hot chocolate in room. Breakfast is continental but really nice selection. Would recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again.

A great stay. When I first booked I didn't realise the rooms weren't en-suite, but this really wasn't a problem because everything was spotlessly clean. The shower room was lovely and it felt like we were the only guests using it. Similarly, the toilet was always clean. The room itself was also very clean. Jan was really welcoming and friendly and provided a good continental breakfast (full breakfast not currently available during Covid-19). Good location and easy enough to find free parking in nearby roads.

A very friendly welcome from Jan and a lovely clean and comfortable single room. All the facilities are kept spotless with hand sanitizers available in the hallways, WC and shower room. The 'boxed' continental breakfast is very generous (regs don't yet allow the cooked breakfast/dining room options) and overall my stay has been very relaxing and enjoyable. Last night an excellent Indian meal at Kerala Flavours, just a few minutes walk away and tonight (my last night) I am going to the Rosetto Italian restaurant, a little further but still a walk away. Sea Breeze recommended!

The host jan was lovely and very welcoming.. I stayed in room 2 on the 7th October and could not fault this place ... comfy beds ... en-suite bathroom nice and spacious enough. Room size was spacious to . Had everything you needed as well as a complimentary bottled water .. breakfast was continental but was lovely too .. location was great too .. parking nearby .. overall had a lovely stay .. thank you jan .. lisa and John would definitely stay here again
