Wow, I’m so glad I found this place! Everything was absolutely perfect. I just wish I could have stayed another night. If you need a place to spend the night in Eastbourne, seriously, look no further. John was attentive, welcoming, and accommodating. Check in/out was a breeze. The little touches in the room (the lavender spray, tea, and biscuit at the bedside, the brownies and tea, and the handy charging station) really stood out. As did the full made-to-order breakfast and coffee in the morning! The beach is just right down the street. Loved it here!

Stayed one night. Owner very amiable. Breakfast superb. Bed comfortable. Shower tired. Location v good. Parking...we were lucky to find a spot just outside. Hot sunny day at Eastbourne...most local parking taken.

Lovely traditional style guest house. Nicely cooked breakfast, comfortable room with nice touches like home made cookies and preserves. Quiet but convenient location for the beach and places to eat.
