Although the location of this hotel may be quite convenient the hotel itself is horrific. When we arrived you could tell that the hotel had not been renovated for a long time (probably since it first opened). We were given a room on the top floor. When we got to the top floor we could already feel that there was clearly no air conditioning. We walked into the room and it was even worse, with the thermostat reading 27 degrees. There was a fan which was in such a condition that it just needed to be put in the bin. Window did not have a handle and only opened 2 inches or so, not enough to cool the room down. In the end we had to wet towels with cold water and sleep with them on our heads to try to cool down. There were only 2 plugs in the room, both across the room from the bed. This meant that you had to choose between the fan being plugged in or the TV and only 1 person could charge their phone. Luckily I had a power bank I used. To say I could not wait to leave the following morning was an understatement. Definitely do not stay here!

Not a pleasant stay at all. Did not enjoy the stay one little bit. Had I known the poor quality l definitely not have stayed here and never again. Firstly after arriving late and tired, found multiple ants on the table in plain sight running around, Soon later ants were on the temporary third bed which was a mattress on the floor, when it was promoted as a three person room. Not to mention the lack of air-conditioning even though there was one but didn't seem to function and the room was provided with a weak fan which just circulated the hot air around the room. We did get a change of rooms into the executive floor 1, but again the air conditioner was not working just pushing out hot air we were given a fan for the room which was hopeless in getting the room cool. At least we could open the window, so we thought, but the noise from the traffick not to mention the air conditioner made it unbearable to sleep all night in such conditions, it was hot sticky, stuffy and noisy to say the least. Location was not good for commuting to local Edgware, where you had to get onto the motorways to double back to the town. Definitely not be coming back such a poor quality stay. Very disappointed. Had to cut our trip short because of this accommodation. Sorry just not good enough.

Checked in late at night, the lobby was nice but once we went up to the room, it had clearly not been turned over since the last guest. Bed was unmade, dirty towels on the floor and dirty tissues on the side. Went back down and heard other people making complaints about there rooms. Person at desk wasn’t particularly apologetic or caring about the hick up. Walking down the corridor, could see dirty mattresses covered in stains all lining the corridor which does make you feel uneasy as to what you’ll be sleeping on. It also poses a huge safety issue! New room was made up but only one pillow per person? Old chewing gum on the head board, dents and holes all over the furniture. Shower full of mould to the point I felt less clean after showering. Aircon in room was not working at all and actually said it was over 30 degrees all night. Did provide a fan but with a window that doesn’t open more than a crack, was just circulating hot air. I understand it’s a cheap hotel but this was way below any acceptable standard. On check out, they didn’t even ask about the stay and assume that was because they know it’s dire. Would not recommend at all!

We had booked a family room for 1 night to attend a concert at Wembley Stadium. The room was very clean and beds where confortable, however, the bathroom floor was contantly wet as if the bath was leaking from somewhere, the air-conditioning was not very strong and they had provided a standing fan which I can only say was on its last legs and wouldnt stand up without being propped up by the chair and our main issue was, for a family room, there were only 2 plug sockets in the room. These were also being used 1 for for the fan and 1 for the Tv, therefore; we had to unplug the tv to use extra fans, charge our phones etc. We did call down to reception to ask for an extension lead for a mini fridge as one of our party was pumping milk as she was away from.her baby for the night, we were told no as people take them home, we offered to leave a deposit and explain the situation and was told they will try. We heard nothing so after the concert we asked at the desk again and we were told there was none in the whole hotel. In such a huge hotel I thought this a little unbelievable. We had to make do but apart from that the stay was great for the night.
