What visitors say
Recently discovered this leisure centre. The softplay is lovely space and their stay and play gymnastics is great for under 5s. Would recommend weekday visits for the softplay. I personally avoid weekends since there are older kids who are quite rough at playing( running around with no socks and climbing up slides. So if you have smaller kids just need to be to be careful.

This is by far one of the best soft plays i’ve taken my son to. It’s so spacious and has a variety of activities for kids to enjoy. The staff are incredible especially Shanice she is so accommodating and makes us feel at home. Would definitely recommend!

Disappointing. Booked a party here for my daughter. Communication is poor, only received an email confirming the booking 8 days before the party, then an email 2 days later chasing for the confirmation of numbers and food choices. On the day of the party the check in was fine, person on the desk very helpful. Children taken to the clip n climb area while I set up room. The large drop slide and the leap of faith were both out of action, which isn’t sated on the website. After the party we took ourselves to the party room. The food was then brought in, we asked them to wait while the children washed their hands. We were told this wasn’t possible. The food was then served by the staff using their hands. The portions were incredibly small, one small slice of pizza and 3 nuggets per child and a handful of chips. The ketchup (which we had to ask for) was brought up around 20 minutes later after most of the children had eaten. When we asked if we could order and pay for another pizza, the staff were disinterested and shrugged saying they didn’t have time to cook another pizza. £125.75 (the price after taking off £16.30 per child for the clip n climb) seems extortionate for one small slice of pizza, 3 nuggets, chips and some squash. No party host, no entertainment, I’m not sure how they can justify that additional cost.

The place is nice and clean as this is a brand new venue. The food was basic for the price. The Soft Play was really nice but with few weak points in safety, quality and lack of thought on some that could be dangerous spots that they must review and change urgently. The carpet is extremely thin and it does not offer a safety. If your child bounces his/her head against the carpet is like bouncing against the floor. You expect better life to go for a safe carpet rather than cheap green substitute. The main gate was always open and even dough the staff was nice friendly and they are doing a great job, nobody was at the gate and children can go easily out of the premises if parents fail to supervise their children. The process management created or in place does not offer security and the place will always blame parents for the supervision. The safety and security and the staff is allocated at the different climbing walls which are fantastic TOP 10. But I will recommend BETTER LIFE not to neglect the soft play and have staff around and focus on whatever is need. PLEASE CHANGE THE GREEN CARPET. The skate park is really nice too and the staff really friendly.
