Windmill Cottage

Windmill Cottage is a semi-detached stone building with character throughout. The cottage holds three bedrooms—two doubles and a single—along with one bathroom, making it suitable for a family or two couples. Downstairs, a living room with a wood-burning stove opens onto a dining room and kitchen fitted with an electric oven, hob, dishwasher and all the basics for cooking. A conservatory and patio complete the ground floor, both looking out across open fields.

The essentials are covered: electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included. One car can park on site, and one well-behaved dog stays free. A pub sits within a mile of the cottage. The property is yours alone, with check-in after 3pm and departure before 10am. Note that the tiered garden is undergoing maintenance until summer 2025, so some areas will be off-limits during your stay.

Breadsall Hill Top is a small village positioned between rural walking country and the Peak District's southern edge, making it reachable for day trips to both. Derby city centre lies within reasonable distance for those after shops and restaurants.
