Walk through the entrance of Moor's Rest and you're into a single storey laid out for ease. The open-plan living space includes a sitting area with Freeview TV and DVD player, a dining area, and a kitchen fitted with an electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. French doors lead from both the living and dining areas into the enclosed garden. Two bedrooms, each with its own en-suite shower room, sit to either side—both have zip-and-link super king beds that can be separated into singles if needed. The property sits just outside the village of Sculthorpe, directly opposite Sculthorpe Moor, and sleeps four with parking for two cars on site.

Essentials are covered: electricity, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are included, along with use of the owner's freezer and a welcome pack on arrival. One well-behaved pet stays free. The garden has a barbecue for outdoor meals, and a bike store if you want to explore the Norfolk lanes. Sculthorpe itself is quiet and rural, yet Wells-next-the-Sea—with its quay, independent shops and narrow gauge railway to the beach—is only 9 miles away. Blakeney, Hunstanton, Holkham and Brancaster beaches are all within easy reach, as are Burnham Market for dining and shopping, and Fakenham for golf, cinema and other amenities. No smoking inside the property.
