As mountain biking goes I'm not an expert by any means. But the experience we had today around Kielder Lake on the E-Bikes was brilliant. We didn't book, but it seemed quiet (Tuesday after late May bank holiday). Cost about £170 for 2 x ebikes for 4 hours with damage waiver. The guys gave us a quick intro on the bikes and away we went for 4 hours of biking around the Lakeside View trail. Stunning scenery. We took our time and stopped at several viewpoints around the lake. It's a must for anyone who enjoys the outdoors. We will come again and book for an entire day so we can explore further.

This is a first class service. I cannot tell you in this little box how impressed I am with Niv and the team from Team cycles Kielder. We wanted to hire a full suspension e-mountain bike. Ordering was simple, delivery and collection to my front door, plus help with my son’s bike (not hired from them). They did everything they could to ensure a great experience and I will only use them in the future for my bike/workshop/advice/hire etc. customer service really matters to me and this is a company that sets the bar locally and I am very very impressed with the whole set up. Highly recommend.

Just visited Team Cycles Kielder to test some eMTB’s and Nivedh and Martin could not have been more helpful. Will definitely be back. Great service, great bikes and great guys 👍👍👍👍

Really good quality bikes. The trails were brilliant- well maintained. We did think the cost of the bike hire was really expensive. The guy who gave us the bikes was not the greatest at communicating or interested in helping us. But the other man who was helping another group with helmets and advice, took time to explain things, and was much more approachable.
