Sailing, windsurfing and kitesurfing are all possible here, while the Solent Way offers longer coastal walks with water views. Inland, Titchfield Haven National Nature Reserve is within reach for birdwatching and wetland exploring. The cottage itself is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom property that sleeps four, built originally as a coastguard house and retaining period character alongside modern comforts.

Inside, the ground floor holds a living room with a woodburner and smart TV, a kitchen with electric range and full appliances including dishwasher, and a shower room. Upstairs are a kingsize bedroom, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with bath and shower. Essentials including electricity, heating, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are all covered. Out front is a patio with seating and a gas barbecue, enclosed by fencing. One small dog stays free. There is parking for one car on the property, with additional spaces on road nearby. The cottage is non-smoking.
