Leeward House B&B

This is a efficiently run b&b business with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Carol is a pleasant host, settles you in and goes the extra mile providing extra T & Coffee sachets to help yourself to and offers a pleasant breakfast room with plenty of continental breakfast options, a radio and multi-choice coffee machine. The homeware is of a nice quality and the rooms are well presented. I really enjoyed my stay.

The Leeward House is a nice and quiet BnB. It is located in a residential area, you can park your car in the car park or for free on the side of the street. The beach is nearby, you can reach it in about 4 minutes by foot. If you want to visit Portsmouth, just drive 4 miles to Gosport, park your car and take the ferry. It is very convenient. The Room was clean and tidy, and the bed comfy. There is a simple self service continental breakfast, but it has everything you need.

Having booked for a visit to family only a few days ahead, the location was ideal for us. The rooms were clean and comfortable and there was dedicated parking (I expect an even greater benefit in the summer when there are more visitors to Lee). Breakfast was self serviced but very generous with high quality breads, fruit juice, fruit, cereals, yoghurt and cakes. We hope to stay again.

Why stay in hotels when BnB are this good. Clean and quiet with a good ranging continental breakfast. Stayed in the family room and this worked really well. Definitely come back here again!
