The Coach House Stables

The Coach House Stables opens into a generous ground-floor living space where the kitchen, dining area and sitting room flow together, with French doors leading out to a courtyard. You get a kingsize bedroom on this level with its own shower room. Upstairs are two further bedrooms—a double and a super kingsize—with the latter having an ensuite. A second bathroom serves the double. The property sleeps six and accepts one pet.

The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking, with electric oven and gas hob alongside the usual appliances. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are all included. Outside, an enclosed walled garden with patio and gas barbecue looks over the owners' grounds; you're welcome to walk there (dogs need to stay on a lead as there are chickens). Private parking fits three cars on site.

Hernhill village is a short walk away, built around a church and green with The Red Lion pub overlooking it—a traditional spot that serves food and is dog-friendly. From here you can reach Faversham, Canterbury and Whitstable within reasonable distance. The property is no-smoking, and note that electric vehicle charging is not available.
