What visitors say
I highly recommend Treasure Chest Indoors Playing Centre for hosting a birthday party! We organised our daughter Zuzanna's party here, and we are absolutely delighted with the experience. The entire staff did an amazing job, and the children left the centre incredibly happy. In fact, some of the kids had such a great time that they called it the "best party ever"! That is truly the best recommendation you could ask for. Before the event, we were a bit worried because one of the invited children has a severe food allergy. Fortunately, the team handled it perfectly. They easily managed the situation and provided safe, appropriate food for that child. Thanks to their care, both the child and the parents could enjoy the party completely stress-free.Everything was fully provided and ready on time. The only thing we had to bring ourselves was the birthday cake. The centre took care of literally everything else. The girl and the boy who assisted us from the very beginning to the end of the party were simply fantastic! They were helpful, warm, and highly engaging with the kids.We had a wonderful time. I really hope we will consider this place again next year when planning the next birthday. I highly recommend it to any parent! 🥳🥳🥳🥳

Very nice soft play, the staff are very friendly and the kids get a free lunch in term time, (that was a lovely surprise when we arrived). The structure is big and lots for the little ones to do, a nice under two area with lots of toys as well, and best of all, this is the cleanest soft play I've been too. That makes it all the better. Will definitely be returning.

The business model for this soft play didn't work for my family, I also think it's on the expensive side. You have to book in advance (no walk-ins) during one of only 4 available time slots (see screen shot) and sessions run for 90 minutes. Given this short window I was surprised at the cost: almost £27 for one adult and two children (ages 6 and 4). We went over the Easter break and it was only about 25% full, which doesn't surprise me given the business model. They have a strict no outside food or drink policy which means you have to pay more if the kids get hungry/thirsty, and they end up using the short 90 minute window on eating. I will say the space was clean and the staff were friendly. For those that are happy with the cost and time slot model this is a good spot as it's quiet and clean.

Kids really enjoyed themselves. My 4 Yr old just ran riot, had a blast! My 2 Yr old loved playing on the lower levels..... there was so much for them to explore and enjoy. This was their first time at a soft play centre I'm sad to say but needless to say we're converted! There was a fantastic choice of food for the kids too.... and as we left a sticker each for the kids. Treasure Chest was recommended by a friend and I can't thank them enough!
