Cineworld London - Feltham

Honest Feedback – Hope for Improvement I would like to share my experience honestly and respectfully. We were watching a movie in Hall 4 during a weekday evening around 7:10 pm. Unfortunately, the hall was very cold, especially considering it was raining heavily outside. Instead of feeling warm and comfortable, it felt quite uncomfortable throughout the movie. During the interval, we also noticed that no staff members were available, and the toilets were closed, which made the situation a bit frustrating. This affected the overall experience and was disappointing. I am sharing this feedback with humility and respect, as I believe Cineworld can do much better. I kindly request the management team to please look into heating, staff availability, and basic facilities during showtimes, especially in the evenings. Best of luck to the management and team going forward. I hope future visits will be more comfortable for everyone. Thank you for listening.

We came here to watch the Odyssey for the first time and just want to share my experience. Hopefully this will be improved! The service was extremely slow and the food/ snack counters even when it wasn’t busy and there was 1/2 people in front of us (we queued up 3 separate times and this was the case). I specifically asked for a small popcorn and then noticed that Sarah had put a “large” through the till. She then came back with a large popcorn and I clarified I asked for small and she said she thought it was too small for the two of us to share. Sorry if i’m asking for a small- it means I want a small… why would you make your own speculations then charge and bring the incorrect size???? I ended up just taking the large cos I didn’t want to waste more time and wasted 3/4 of it. She tried to explain the small was too small. Yes, that’s what I want.., a small…I don’t know if this is a sales thing or what but please just give a customer the size they ask for. It was just weird that my decision is being made for me? We went around 8PM so was pretty empty the cinema hall but the aircon was very very cold so make sure to bring/ wear warmer clothes! I did also find the speaker quite piercingly loud but maybe that was because of where we sat and the cinema hall being pretty empty? Everything was very clean!! Overall it was a good cinema but the experience at the check out was just frustratingly weird.

The screen quality and sound system were excellent, which made the whole movie even more engaging. The cinema was clean, seats were comfortable, and the atmosphere was nice and relaxed. It’s great to see Sri Lankan movies being shown here – it gives a special feeling when watching in a big cinema with a good crowd.👌🏽 Staff were friendly and everything was well organized. Overall, a very enjoyable visit. I’ll definitely come back again! 🎬
