Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. The main lifts were out of order during our stay had to use the service lift which was at the end of a corridor which could have done with a lick of paint. Just a small inconvenience though. Would stay there again though.

Very nice hotel. I travel every 2/3 week to London and I use this hotel. The main lifts were not working so lucky I meet Victor that pointed me , to the service lift and where my room is. Also he help me with my luggage. The reception staff at the check in very cold( may be same customer training will be very necessary). You can see the improvement with the cleanest of the room week by week.

We had an enjoyable stay in the hotel. 16.08.19The room was lovely and clean but very warm so we bought a fan. Air conditioning sorted😂. There was 2 female staff and I never got their names. Amazing ladies, so helpful. Train station was around the corner which was brilliant as we were able to jump on and go out for the day. If we were to go back I'd head back to there again.
