Abington 31

Abington 31 is a ground-floor lodge sleeping four in two bedrooms, one with a king bed and en-suite, the other with single beds. Everything is furnished and equipped: the kitchen has a full range of appliances including a dishwasher and washing machine, there's heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included, and wifi throughout. The living room opens onto decking where a private hot tub sits facing out across the grounds.

The lodge sits within 100 acres of landscaped land dotted with woodland walks. Guests also have access to shared facilities: a sauna, steam room and gym. One small dog is welcome. Parking is available for two cars on site, and the property is non-smoking. The setting is rural Fife, though St Andrews is only a short drive away—close enough for the town's beaches, castle, cathedral and restaurants, but far enough to feel genuinely remote.
