Upstairs are two bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two singles. There are two bathrooms—a shower room on the ground floor, a bath upstairs—plus an entrance hall with substantial storage. The cottage sits on its own with private parking for two cars and a patio area for sitting out.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, and fridge-freezer. Heating comes from biomass central heating, and electricity is generated by solar panels. Wi-Fi, bed linen, and towels are included. An EV charging point is available on site. The property does not allow smoking.
