Rosedale is a four-bedroom cottage in Falkland, a village within Lomond Hills Regional Park in Fife. The ground floor opens into a dining room and kitchen equipped for cooking proper meals, with a separate shower room and utility space. Upstairs, a living room with a wood-burning stove overlooks the hills; four bedrooms—a super king, two doubles, and a single—share a bathroom with a bath and shower. The whole place is yours alone, sleeping up to seven people.
A private garden includes a hot tub for six and seating areas. One car can park on site. Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are included. The cottage does not permit smoking. Falkland Palace and Garden, run by the National Trust for Scotland, is within walking distance. The surrounding park offers hillwalking and cycling, and Loch Leven lies nearby for longer outings. The village itself has shops and restaurants within arm's reach of the front door.
