The Roundel

Rural Fife opens out around The Roundel, a converted farm steading in open countryside with uninterrupted views across rolling fields. The coast lies within reach, as do St Andrews and Dundee—both about 6 miles away. The hamlet location offers genuine quiet while keeping beaches, restaurants and historic sites accessible for day trips.

Built on a generous scale, the house has four bedrooms and three bathrooms across two floors. Downstairs, the living and dining space stretches across the width of the building with three sets of patio doors onto the garden; a kitchen with breakfast area connects easily, and there's a utility room with laundry facilities. Upstairs are three more bedrooms and a bathroom. The beds are a mix of zip-and-link doubles (configurable as singles) and kingsize. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate can be arranged if needed.

Outside, an enclosed lawn with patio and gas barbecue faces the fields. There's parking for two cars on site and a bike store. One dog is welcome to stay. The property is non-smoking throughout.
