The Sailmaker’s Loft

The Sailmaker's Loft occupies the first and second floors of a period building in Anstruther, a working fishing town where cobbled streets and a harbour give the place its character. This one-bedroom apartment sleeps two and comes with heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi included. On-road parking is available outside.

Upstairs is the bedroom with a double bed and a shower room. The second floor contains the living space: an open-plan area with a 43-inch TV and Bluetooth speaker, a dining section, and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washer-dryer. Sea views reach across from the living room. No smoking indoors.

The village sits on the Fife Coastal Path and has sandy beaches within a few minutes' walk, plus the Scottish Fisheries Museum nearby. Restaurants range from chip shops to fine dining, and there are gift shops, galleries and cafés around the town centre. Golf courses line the coast, and boat trips to the Isle of May run in summer. St Andrews is 9 miles away.
