Just tried to come in and have an hour swim with my family (2 adults, 3 children) as we were passing, only to be told by the staff they are sold out/ fully booked, something to do with keeping the water quality good...45 people in the pool currently. Online bookings show 14 sauna places available at 1pm and that with the sauna use purchace you can book a pool slot also (even if sold out), after asking if I could do this, the staff said "we try not to advertise it" well its on the website so its clearly advertised and that they would allow 14 adults in (for sauna and pool use) but not my family for an hour. Absolutely shocking service from the staff as they just repeated said "no, id love to help you but i can't", id have them all re-trained as they clearly have scope to accommodate us but clearly didn't want to or ask a manager but admitted they would accept the 14 adults in via the sauna route to use the pool. Worst customer service I've experienced in Lewes on our trip, I won't be recommending this place.

What a fabulous gem in Lewes. We went on a cloudy day so it was quiet but the staff were amazing and helpful, the facilities clean and tidy and the pool was lovely. Not heated as mentioned before but fine at this time of year if you're not a cold water aficionado.

Wish this was open all year round. Cold water swimming is becoming more popular now so hopefully there will be a financial case for it soon. Well kept, clean and tidy. Recommended for loners and families
