Too-Woo is a newly built two-bedroom property in Nannerch, Flintshire, designed as a private retreat for up to six guests. The owners have fitted it out thoroughly: electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all included, so you arrive to a ready-to-use home. Parking for two cars sits on site.

Downstairs, an open-plan living area with Smart TV and electric woodburner flows into a kitchen equipped for proper cooking, with electric oven, hob, dishwasher and washer-dryer. Bedroom one has a zip-and-link king bed (convertible to two singles) and its own shower room. Upstairs, bedroom two holds a king bed and a sofa bed, with a dressing area and doors onto a balcony; the ensuite has a bath. Both bathrooms have heated towel rails. Air conditioning runs throughout.

A decking area with seating wraps around the property, and a private hot tub for six is positioned to take in the views. A cot and highchair are available if needed. No smoking indoors. This is a non-smoking property.
