Tyn Y Coed

Tyn Y Coed sits among the woods of rural Flintshire, where quiet and open land stretch around you. The cottage is yours alone, sleeping up to six people across three bedrooms, with one well-behaved pet welcome at no extra cost. A stairgate is fitted if needed for younger children.

Ground floor holds the living room with a smart TV and woodburner, plus a dining room with its own log fire. The kitchen has everything for proper cooking: electric oven, hob and dishwasher. Upstairs are three bedrooms—one with two singles that can be zipped together as a double, another with the same flexible arrangement, and a third with two single beds. Two bathrooms serve the property: one with a shower cubicle, the other with a bath and overhead shower. Heating is oil central, and wi-fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included, as is fuel for the woodburner.

The enclosed front garden has a patio with seating and a barbecue, ideal for sitting out. There is a step down into the garden itself. Three cars can be parked on site. Smoking is not permitted. The setting puts you within reach of the Clwydian Range and local walking routes.
