The building is furnished and decorated to a high standard throughout, with enough space to accommodate a group of ten comfortably. Downstairs holds a living and dining room with a Smart TV, a kitchen equipped for proper cooking, a utility room with laundry facilities, and two of the five bedrooms plus a bathroom with a bath and shower. Upstairs are three more bedrooms and a separate shower room. Heating, electricity, Wi-Fi and all bed linen and towels are included; a welcome pack arrives on your first day.

The property sits within walking distance of a local convenience store, chip shop, pharmacy and pub. New Romney town centre, roughly two miles away, has supermarkets, cafes, bakeries and restaurants. A short drive reaches Dungeness Nature Reserve, known for its wildlife and the Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch Railway. One well-behaved pet is welcome. The house has private parking for two or three cars and a large decked patio with garden furniture. No smoking indoors. Travel cots, highchairs and stairgates can be requested in advance.
