Tucked beside the River Allen on a working smallholding, Leat Farm offers a proper slice of rural Hampshire life. The site shares its grounds with two horses, four goats and a small band of turkeys, plus a working Stenner sawmill that's been turning timber for over a century. Campers pitch on non-electric grass alongside the clear chalk stream, where peaceful surroundings and plentiful wildlife make it a genuine haven for unwinding.

Location-wise, you're ideally placed between the New Forest and Cranborne Chase. Fordingbridge is five minutes away for shops and pubs, while the New Forest Water Park (10 minutes) delivers wakeboarding and paddleboarding thrills. Slightly further afield, Bournemouth beach is half an hour's drive and Salisbury the same. The site itself sits behind Alderholt Mill, a working watermill with tearooms perfect for breakfast, and there's a trout fishery five minutes north for keen anglers.
