Field Barn

Field Barn works well for families or small groups wanting a whole property to themselves in the New Forest. The conversion has three bedrooms across two floors—two doubles and a bunk room with a double and single—plus two bathrooms, so there's space for seven without cramping. Electricity, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are all included; heating comes via oil central heating and a wood burner (initial fuel provided), and the kitchen has everything needed to cook properly: electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, and separate utility room with washing machine.

Downstairs is an open-plan living and dining space with Freeview TV and wood burner, leading onto a garden with patio and furniture. There's parking for three cars on site. The grounds are shared with the owner and include a lawned area; there is an unfenced lake in the grounds, which matters if you're bringing young children. New Forest walks start from the doorstep, and the location puts you within reach of Hampshire, Dorset and beyond. No smoking inside the property.
