About Ashdown Park Hotel & Country Club
Ashdown Park Hotel & Country Club has 106 rooms spread through a country house setting near Forest Row, the kind of place where guests arrive to space, comfort and a sense of proper countryside quiet. Rooms come with air conditioning and free WiFi as standard, and the overall feel is one of traditional elegance rather than boutique minimalism.
Beyond the bedrooms, the hotel runs a restaurant and bar for guests who'd rather not venture out, along with breakfast service each morning. There's an indoor swimming pool and a spa with sauna for anyone wanting to unwind, plus a garden to wander when the weather allows. Concierge services, luggage storage and a laundry service take care of the practical side of a stay, and pets are welcome for those travelling with animals. The property also operates as a wedding venue, so it's geared up for larger gatherings as well as individual guests.
Free on-site parking makes arriving by car straightforward, and the surrounding area offers pubs, restaurants and entertainment nearby for those keen to explore beyond the grounds. It's a hotel built around comfort and leisure facilities rather than a fast-paced base, suited to guests wanting a slower, more settled few days in East Sussex.
