The Warren Yurt

The Warren Yurt is a hand-crafted yurt sleeping two in a single bedroom with a double bed. It sits on woodland grounds in Wealden, with its own parking and complete privacy as a detached property. The structure combines traditional design with sustainable materials, creating a bright, self-contained space that feels remote from everyday life.

Inside, an open-plan living area centres on a wood burner for heating. There is no television. The bedroom, living and dining spaces occupy the ground floor. Outside, a decked area connects to a kitchen pavilion with gas barbecue, fridge and freezer, and a separate shower room with cubicle and toilet. A wood-fired hot tub sits on the property. Electricity and bed linen are included; there is no oven. Smoking is not permitted.

The yurt occupies grounds shared with Go Wild, an activity centre offering shooting and archery experiences. Tunbridge Wells lies nearby for restaurants, cinemas and shopping. Several country houses and gardens—Scotney Castle, Chartwell, Michelham Priory, Knole Park—fall within 45 minutes' drive. The beach is 25 miles away; a pub and shop are both roughly three miles distant.
