It was an experience I'll give you that 😂 We did the aquapark and I wouldn't be surprised if we contracted cholera from the water, never mind the equipment that was in bad shape. We did the archery but the equipment is so old it's either broken or useless, no wrist braces so easy to hurt yourself. The go karting was fun, but the overalls absolutely stank and so did the helmets. Honestly, it needs a lot of money revamping it because it's just not fit for purpose. I can see how maybe 20 years ago it looked good but it's so badly maintained and not the nicest experience unfortunately. The staff were nice enough, some chatier than others which was nice in the silent park. The changing facilities and showers made me want a second shower the minute I got home, so I'd recommend not doing the water activities if you really want to go.

The dirtiest soft play I have ever seen in my life. Came in the morning at 11am not in school holidays and there wasn’t a single other child so it was old mess. Old food, piles of dirt on each step, mud everywhere. The entire place was covered in a layer of filth. You could see it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. Brought two very young toddlers, both had filthy clothes after playing from the film of dirt on everything and came up with colds the next day. Never again.

To be honest we had a good laugh (mostly at the expense of this place). Pulling into the car park and seeing a run-down building and a sad crazy golf course (if you can even call it that) were not great first impressions. Things did not improve when we got inside, the staff member on reception offered no greeting and as we were early for our booking we were hoping to go to the cafe for a cuppa. We were told flatly by the member of staff that the cafe was closed but we could order tea, coffee or snacks with them. When I asked about alternative milks, they said they only had semi skimmed, not great for allergy sufferers such as myself. Just to illustrate how much the staff member couldn’t be bothered she told us to go to a garden centre five minutes down the road instead if we wanted anything else. As for the bowling I was truly shocked that the lane was working at all, as most of the other equipment was in a poor state. The place itself was freezing cold and dimly lit. There was no ambiance, no music playing no flashy lights or screens when you hit a strike, all things common in bowling alleys. We paid £30 for two games for two people, which I feel is a fair price it’s just unfortunate that this place is what it is as it has the potential to be so much better. Things that made us laugh: - Suspicious stains on the pool table - The moon like surface of the bowling balls - The questionable sweets in the “gift shop” (no sell by/use by dates) - The sign on the ladies toilet (pigeon legs, see picture) - Random holes in the walls - A sign advertising vegan pizza but no none dairy milk…? - My husband was too tall for the soft play (see picture) All in all we had a great laugh and probably will go again (with our own milk).

Awful to start with, run down, pitch and put all broken, teens who were the supervisors of the activities, had no interest, no safety brief, let people on kayaks who were struggling with safety equipment, no where for non participating visitors to sit at the kayak site to view the activities, a small portion of pond was sectioned off for the kyaka activity which ment going back and forth for a the duration. No safety brief for the archery, no interest in participating visitors safety, arrows were being released as people were collecting their expelled arrows. Spent a decent amount of money for 3 different activities with up to 6 people taking part in some. Very very disappointing and wouldn't recommend at all.
