Hollywood Bowl Glasgow Springfield Quay

I feel it’s important to share this experience so others can be aware and cautious. During my visit, my drinks (a slush and a glass of wine) were removed from the table without my consent or any prior communication. I raised this immediately with a staff member and also spoke directly with the manager at the time. After approximately 15 minutes, the same drinks were returned to me. By that point, I no longer felt comfortable consuming them and requested replacements. Despite explaining this clearly, I was informed that I would need to purchase new drinks if I wanted alternatives. It is particularly disappointing that even after escalation to management, the situation was not handled appropriately. This raises concerns not only about customer service, but also about basic standards regarding the handling of customers’ food and beverages. Once a drink has been removed and taken out of sight, it should not be returned to a customer for consumption. I would strongly advise other visitors to be mindful of their drinks and to question any situation where items are removed without clear communication. Overall, this experience was handled poorly and left me feeling uncomfortable and undervalued as a customer.

Had a fantastic time at the Quay after winning the Hollywood Bowl Summer of Music Competition , we won a family of 5 bowling in the VIP area, food and drinks and we got £20 of tokens to play in the arcade, thank you so much Emma the manager and staff for making our day enjoyable.

dissatisfaction with a recent experience at this venue. I placed an order through the app and waited approximately 40 minutes without any update. After this delay, I went to the bar to enquire about my order, only to be told that app orders had not been checked at all. I then discovered that my order had not even been seen. To make matters worse, I was informed that the chicken wings I had ordered were no longer available. Instead, I was told I would need to choose two alternative items. At no point was there any apology for the delay, the oversight with the app, or the inconvenience caused. I also asked if I could swap the wings for another portion of nachos, but I was told I would need to pay extra. Given that the issue was due to an error on your side and the excessive waiting time, I found it unreasonable that this request could not be accommodated as a gesture of goodwill. Overall, the lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service was disappointing. After waiting 40 minutes and receiving no apology or suitable resolution, I feel the error on your behalf was not dealt with in a professional way. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and respond accordingly. the food still hasn't arrived and it's been 47 minutes.
