About Travelodge Glasgow Paisley Road
Paisley Road runs straight into Glasgow city centre, and Travelodge Glasgow Paisley Road sits along it, making the hotel a practical base whether you're arriving by car or heading in on foot. The Quay Leisure Complex is close by, and there's a Burger King nearby for a quick bite, along with a pub, bar and other restaurants within easy reach.
The hotel is a straightforward, two-floor budget property with 75 rooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and TV, and rooms are bright rather than fussy. Accessible rooms are available, and drinks can be brought to your room. Reception is staffed around the clock, and pets are welcome, so the hotel suits guests travelling with dogs as much as those on a quick city stopover.
Free on-site parking is available at the front of the hotel, though spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so early arrival helps. There's also an electric vehicle charge point for those driving electric. With entertainment, dining and drinking spots all close by, and the city centre within easy reach, it works well as a no-frills stop for exploring Glasgow.

Great location for accessing SSE Hydro and city centre. Check in was easy. Free parking was available at the hotel. Staff was pleasant and professional. Rooms were clean and spacious, even for 3 adults sharing a room. If you desire cooked breakfast,I highly recommend visiting Gym Vibe Cafe which ia approx 12mins away from hotel on foot.

Would have given a four star but was expensive for the bare minimum if facilities. Reception was small and staffed and to be fair all the staff I spoke to were lovely (two young girls, very friendly and helpful). No bar or restaurant, which is fine for a budget hotel, but this was 2.5 times the price of a Travelodge I had last week in Manchester that had both. Parking was fairly plentiful if you arrived early. Room was decent. Double bed and fold out mattress bed underneath, but no sheets in the room for the extra single. Location was about a £5-6 Uber ride into town so slightly on the outskirts but that made it easy to get to and from. Few bars and takeaways within easy walk so that was useful. Would have been happy overall if it cost £60 for the night, but I feel at £115 it was very overpriced for what it offered.

Staff were lovely. Only stayed one night and thought I might need the early check which I did so didnt bother paying for breakfast as well. When I booked it was only giving me the option for a family room so quiet expensive for just me. Also, charging you extra to pick your own room isn't great. Especially when mines had a view of the motorway!!!

Basic, looks run down. Looks like they have long term residents living there. Rough area, people hanging around the car park, doesn't feel safe to stand around. I stayed due to work night shift, checked in before work, arrived after work at 5am and left at 11am, glad I didn't stay the full night. Ground floor room, no nets at window so had to keep curtains closed.
