More than happy we ‘upgraded’ to this hotel instead of the premier inn pacific quay. The difference could be visibly seen from just looking at each building. The level of attentiveness from staff was amazing, the hotels atmosphere was brilliant and the amenities on offered included a gym, pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room! The view from the hotel room was spectacular and the location was convenient for e-bikes but would have been less inconvenient without their use.

had a wonderful short stay at the Crowne Plaza Glasgow. From the moment I arrived, I received a warm and friendly welcome from Alan at reception. He was absolutely excellent, extremely helpful, and a true credit to the hotel. He seamlessly organised my taxis and even recognised that I am a fellow Crowne Plaza staff member from another other hotel which was a lovely professional touch. A special mention also goes to Taylor at the bar, who was incredibly friendly, hard-working, and attentive. I also want to commend another young gentleman working the bar both nights of my stay I unfortunately missed his name, but he had short brown hair and a beard. He was exceptionally pleasant and provided fantastic service. It is clear that strong leadership and a culture of valuing staff members are flourishing throughout this hotel. It was a great overall experience, and I will definitely revisit. Well done to the team

I had a lovely 2 night stay with my grandaughter. The hotel is beautiful, very clean and well presented. The staff are all friendly and professional who go above and beyond for you. Breakfast was delicious with plenty variety. The room was clean and tidy with a great view, good size bathroom. Location is fab. We went to a show at The SEC which was 3 minutes away. Shops and places to eat are about a 10 minute walk. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Super lovely staff and great services! Breakfast was fresh with a good selection. Stayed on the 14th floor so the air was very dry in the room but obviously not the hotels fault. Parking £12 a night but felt very secure so feel like it was worth it.
