Staff were very friendly and professional. The room was way bigger than I expected. Massive comfy bed. The bathroom was also huge. Great big bath for two people. Even the shower is really big. The spa facilities were all brilliant. The gym is really good, loads of equipment and plenty of space Had an amazing experience and highly recommend.

We honestly couldn’t have chosen a better venue for our wedding than Parklands Hotel & Country Club. From the moment we first viewed the venue to the day we said “I do,” every single member of staff went above and beyond to make our day unforgettable. Everyone was so warm, friendly and welcoming, and nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. It genuinely felt like every member of the team wanted our day to be as special as we did. A very special thank you goes to Jennifer, our wedding coordinator. She was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Her organisation, attention to detail and calm approach meant the whole day flowed perfectly without a single issue. She took so much of the stress away, allowing us to simply relax and enjoy every moment with our family and friends. We’d also like to thank all of the bar staff for keeping everyone looked after throughout the day and evening with a smile, and to the kitchen team for producing an absolutely incredible meal. Every one of our guests commented on just how delicious the food was, and many said it was one of the best wedding meals they’d ever had. A huge thank you also goes to the housekeeping team for making our honeymoon suite feel so special for my new wife and me. It was the perfect way to end such an amazing day and made us feel truly looked after. Finally, thank you to the owners for creating such a beautiful hotel with such a welcoming atmosphere. Parklands isn’t just a stunning venue—it’s the people who make it so special. We actually chose Parklands as our wedding venue because we’d stayed here several times before and had completely fallen in love with the hotel, the surroundings and, most importantly, the incredible staff. Every visit has been memorable, and our wedding day simply confirmed that we’d made the perfect choice. Our wedding day was everything we’d ever dreamed of and more, and that is largely thanks to every single person at Parklands Hotel & Country Club. We can’t thank you enough for the kindness, professionalism and care you showed us and all of our guests. We’ll always look back on our wedding with the happiest memories, and we’ll definitely be returning in the years to come to relive those wonderful moments. the facilities at parklands are great. so nice to have a spa so close to home. staff are always lovely too. gym can get crowded at peak times but expected at any health club

Absolutely beautiful hotel attended to by the most wonderful, friendly professional staff from top to bottom. My wife and I had our wedding here last year and it literally could not have been more perfect in every possible aspect, which is really testament to a group of the most fantastic staff you could ever imagine. Even months later now we (and indeed our whole families) are still blown away by the exceptionally high standards and efforts made by Parklands. We came back last night for a valentines meal and once again, never failed to leave such a positive impression on us, especially as the receptionist immediately noticed us as the recent "Mr. and Mrs." which we did not expect. This stunning hotel has made such a deep impression on all of us, and I would highly urge anybody looking for a wedding/birthday or any special occasion to book yourself in at the parklands and let its magic and charm lead your celebrations. A five star hotel but there are simply not enough stars in the sky to rate the standards of Parklands. Truly exceptional guys, thank you so much from the bottom of all our hearts for being such a fantastic host for our special day, we cannot wait to be back soon!
