About Premier Inn Glasgow City Centre St Enoch Square
A hearty breakfast and an on-site bar and restaurant are among the strongest reasons to book Premier Inn Glasgow City Centre St Enoch Square, a 249-room hotel spread across five floors in the heart of the city. Guests can start the day with a proper cooked spread before heading out, or return in the evening for drinks and a meal without leaving the building.

City views feature from some rooms, and free WiFi and a 24-hour reception cover the practical basics. Lift access serves all floors, and luggage storage is available for early arrivals or late departures. Service is generally friendly, though it can be inconsistent at busier times.
The location is a strong point, with St Enoch Square putting guests within easy walking distance of the Clyde river, city-centre shops, and attractions including the Gallery of Modern Art. What guests say
The location is the only thing this property has going for it. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from start to finish. The team came across as rude, disinterested, unwelcoming, and overly focused on their made up rules, rather than making guests feel comfortable. Instead of feeling valued as a customer, I felt like an inconvenience. More concerning was the issue of safety. During the night, someone tried my room door. Thankfully, I had the additional lock engaged, but it was still a very unsettling experience. Given the number of reviews mentioning similar concerns, it is worrying that this still appears to be an issue. A hotel should make guests feel welcome, comfortable, and secure. Sadly, I experienced the opposite. While the central location is OK, it is not enough to compensate for the poor customer service and the concerns I had regarding safety. I would not choose to stay here again.

Usual Premier Inn rooms, comfy beds and nice and quiet. Rather marred by the air conditioning turning off during the night and the room being very hot. The staff are very helpful but I always feel there are not enough of them and you have to wait ages for bag drop.

What a fantastic, safe hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The flags, lanyards and support really do show that Premier Inn is an inclusive and safe place to be. The staff were superb, funny, caring and going the extra mile. I've never stayed with Premier Inn before but I absolutely will be in future. Thank you

Our experience with the housekeeping service was absolutely unacceptable. After the cleaning crew came into our room, they left a garbage bag sitting directly on our desk — worst of all, it was placed on top of our laptop and right next to our fruits. Alongside it were dirty cleaning cloths, used cups, and rolls of toilet paper carelessly left scattered around the room. This level of hygiene and professionalism is shocking for any hotel. Leaving trash and cleaning materials mixed with personal belongings and food items is completely inappropriate and extremely unsanitary. It made us feel uncomfortable and disrespected as guests. Overall, it was a horrible experience and far below the standard we expected.
