The staff here are always very friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciate. However, the ventilation in the screening rooms could definitely be greatly improved. The auditorium often feels quite stuffy, and it sometimes seems like the air conditioning isn’t on at all. Out of the four times I’ve been here, I caught a cold twice shortly after visiting, so better airflow would really help. Also, a small suggestion to other moviegoers: if you have a cold, please consider wearing a mask and at least some covering your mouth when coughing during the entire movie. It’s just basic courtesy for everyone around you. Thank you very much.

The cinema and facilities are great, however the staff let it down. My sister and I went to an early afternoon showing and the venue was very quiet. The young man that checked our tickets on arrival needs to learn to at least smile. There were three people serving at the food counter, no interaction from them, took our order, no smiles nothing. I have never come across such poor customer service as this before. It was shocking, I felt like i was annoying them and disturbing them just to order popcorn. I will never be back.

I like Vue as it has a good range of films at a good range of times. It is in the heart of the city and right next door to both the underground, buses and low level trains. Central and Queen St stations are both nearby too. Plenty of eating places are also nearby. Staff are generally helpful and friendly. I personally find the seating uncomfortable. It seems to be designed for people very much taller than my height- which is pretty average for Scottish women. Prices are generally good. Toilets are clean and well-designed. Tea machine has been broken for a few weeks which is annoying, though good (but expensive) range of snacks etc is available. I go there a lot and would recommend.
