About The Bruce Hotel

Rooms at The Bruce Hotel are kept simple and functional, each with an en-suite bathroom and the option of family accommodation for those travelling together. There's a bridal suite for special occasions, drinks available in the room, and accessible rooms for guests who need them. Furnishings are modest rather than plush, but the basics are all covered, including a lift to save carrying bags up stairs.

Beyond the bedrooms, the hotel operates as a modern events venue, with a ballroom and five meeting rooms alongside its restaurant and cocktail bar. Guests can get breakfast on-site, eat in the restaurant, or head to the bar for a drink, with outdoor seating available too. Free WiFi runs throughout, and luggage storage is on hand for early arrivals or late departures. Free on-site parking makes driving in from further afield straightforward.

The hotel sits in Glasgow's City of Glasgow area, within reach of the Scottish Event Campus for conferences and exhibitions, and close to a choice of pubs, restaurants and other eateries nearby. Golf courses and local entertainment options are also within easy distance, making it a practical base whether you're here for business or a short stay in the city.

Isn't it mad you will house immigrants but cancel paying customers reservations. I wouldn't say it was family friendly. I hope when they stop all this no1 visits you ever again. You have failed the people of Scotland

This is now an asylum hotel but were very rude to me because im english there was a bar maid that said some very anti English things and was enraged everytime I asked her for another drink...this hotel is effectively finished now though

This hotel is totally run down with loads of push bikes outside the front door. 20 years ago this was a great hotel for weddings etc. I dread to look inside it now.

Hotel is operating under a C1 Licence (Public Hotel) so I entered to check if they had any rooms and what time they served dinner. Much to my disbelief it is now an asylum hotel. A man claiming to be a security guard asked me to leave but refused to produce his SIA licence. Some Lassie potwash then racially abused me, saying English were not welcome, only refugees. I couldn't believe the xenophobia.
