A fantastic pub/restaurant set in the heart of Glastonbury. It offers a very good range of locally sourced beers and ciders all of which were served by friendly and helpful staff. The food that we ordered was superb and was piping hot. Thoroughly recommend and I am looking forward to returning here in the near future.

As an Inn, the only redeeming quality is its excellent location. I stayed for four nights this July and I'm never going to stay here again. The room was unusable between 12:00 and 20:00 as it had direct sun coming through the window and no AC. There was a small fan but it needs something much better. The shower had very weak pressure, meaning that washing your hair required a lot of patience. It was also never clear to us how to get hot and cold water out. They shower lever was just not working as expected. The inside of the restaurant was also very hot so we couldn't even use that to cool down. For the price there are much better options in the area.

Really great food and a wonderful stay. Zero complaints whatsoever. I forgot to take photos unfortunately but the carvery was very tasty and lots of different options of veg and meat. All cooked incredibly well and packed full of flavour. My partner had the French toast off of the limited menu which was very much enjoyed. Rooms are clean, tidy and comfortable. Great bathrooms too. Thank you to the staff and chefs for making this such an enjoyable visit, I’ll be returning at the first opportunity. Great work everybody🙏🏻

Nice room but no fridge or microwave. Hot water takes forever to come through on the sink Please use the co-op on high street whenever you can as eating out is expensive in Glastonbury. Bacon butty and a fresh orange near the cross cost me nearly £10.00, average evening meal with a drink in a pub or cafe approx £23.00. Town is very pretty. Must see for amazing views - The Tor (free) well worth the walk.
