Great stay at the Annexe. The room is essentially all you need in one including an enquire, minus a cooker, but a microwave is provided. We were there for a wedding and I have to say everything provided was exceptional. Dealt mainly with Linda, who was very helpful and friendly. Price is good too even for 2 nights, one night at Gosfield Hall cost more than two nights at the annexe. I will definitely be back as its a nice stay and getaway. Sofa bed and double bed and TV in room too. If you do stay, be conscious that the room next door can hear you. Local area is good uber delivers and there's a restaurant across the carpark which does a range of food. Gosfield is about and hour or two drive from Colchester, Braintree and Halstead so if you drive its a nice quiet stay in range of everything else. No complaints at all.

I had such a lovely stay here. The setting is beautiful, the room was cosy and spotless, and everything was just perfect. I booked because I was a wedding guest at Gosfield Hall, and it couldn’t have been a better choice. Carl and Joan were so welcoming and made everything feel easy and relaxed. I left wishing I could have stayed longer, and I’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay.

Lovely stay at the annexe. The room was big and so was the bed, also very comfy and everything was very clean. We had a ceiling fan in the room that helped alot as it was the hottest day of the year. Lovely views by the lake and a walk through the field to Gosfield hall. Everyone was very polite and helpful. Thank you

Beautiful location and lovely owners. We really enjoyed our stay. Great for attending an event at Goswell Hall.
