Parc-le-Breos House

Booked a night for my girlfriend & I - and my fiance & I checked out! Exceptional location, 20 minute walk from a fantastic view and an area that is now very special for us. Staff were very welcoming and went the extra mile when they learned I was going to propose. The room was spotless and very comfy, but the highlight was the massive copper bathtub for sure. N.B., no air conditioning - likely a bit miserable if 30+. The grounds were also beautiful. We also had a Sunday dinner and breakfast there. The Sunday dinner was exquisite - beautifully presented and very tasty. Also reasonably priced given the quality (£28.50 for 2 courses). A very nice breakfast was included with the room price, comprised of endless pastries/fruit/cereal/juice and then an option from the a la carte menu. The Welsh breakfast option was very tasty, but I dare say a proper Welshman might have been able to eat 2 of them - slightly small portion size. Overall, would highly recommend, we've already said that a 1-year wedding anniversary stay might have to be on the cards!

Went for a Sunday roast, best we ever had. I thought it would be good so had high hopes for it and it surpassed my expectations. Each element of the meal was fabulous and the chicken was the softest IV ever eaten. Desert was amazing too, I'm a sticky toffee fan and this was delicious. Staff were all fantastic too. Felt super chilled and relaxed capped off with a lovely coffee outside in the sun . Can't recommend enough

This hotel is really one of the most relaxing comfy, friendly hotels to stay in. The rooms were well furnished and attractive. The location is excellent near to Three Cliffs. The gardens in the hotel are immaculately kept and provide excellent space for families to relax in. The main factor is the staff. They are friendly, polite, helpful and kind. Nothing is too much trouble for them. We went as a group of 17 to celebrate my mums life who lived in Mumbles. The staff couldn’t do enough to help with little extras the whole stay. Including thoughtful things like putting out croquet and games for the children to providing access to their fridges for childrens food and snacks and heating thermos flasks with food for children. The breakfasts were superb. We didn’t eat there because we had events booked in Mumbles however the guests that ate there said how good it was. The manager Nicky is clearly a skilled manager as her team are happy and this shows in their work. I am very grateful that we chose this hotel as it made our stay and celebrations for mum perfect. We highly recommend this amazing country house hotel.

Beautiful hotel maintained to a high standard. The staff were so welcoming and lovely. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, from perfect pies to homemade ice creams and jams. The Welsh breakfast is a must! The grounds are delightful - we enjoyed around the surrounding woodland, with historic caves and an ancient burial ground. Very near lots of other beautiful spots like Three Cliffs and Oxwich. Highly recommended!
