About Oxgang Kitchen Bar and Rooms
Oxgang Kitchen Bar and Rooms occupies a traditional pub building on Oxgang Road in Grangemouth, the kind of place where the bar and restaurant form the heart of the property and the bedrooms sit above and around it. It's a no-frills base rather than a grand hotel, well suited to travellers who want a bed, a decent meal and a friendly atmosphere without extra fuss.
Rooms come with en-suite bathrooms, free WiFi and drinks available in-room, and breakfast is served each morning. Downstairs, the restaurant and bar offer meals including options for children, with outdoor seating in the garden for warmer days. The property also has meeting rooms, 24-hour reception, room service and luggage storage, and pets are welcome. Free on-site parking makes it an easy stop for those arriving by car.
Grangemouth's surroundings suit walkers and cyclists, with fishing also available nearby, while the immediate area has further pubs, bars and restaurants within easy reach. Polmont lies a short drive away, and Edinburgh Zoo is within reach for a day out. It's a practical, unpretentious place to rest before exploring the wider Falkirk area.
