Great Yarmouth's coastline draws families year-round, and this part of Norfolk offers direct beach access plus the quieter appeal of Caister-on-Sea village just nearby. Foreshore 1 sits on Haven Seashore Holiday Park, positioned to reach both the shoreline and the town's attractions within easy reach.

The caravan sleeps six across three bedrooms: a kingsize in the main room with ensuite toilet, and two further bedrooms each with a pair of single beds. A separate shower room serves the other sleeping areas. Ground-floor living is open-plan, with a dining space, lounge with Freeview TV, and a kitchen fitted with gas cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer and microwave for proper self-catering. A front terrace with garden furniture extends the living space outdoors. Essentials like bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are provided; one car can park on site. The property is non-smoking, and one well-behaved pet can stay at no extra cost.

The park's swimming pool with slides and splash park occupies children for hours, while Caister village has pubs, shops and fish and chip takeaways within walking distance. Norfolk Broads trips, seal-spotting at Horsey Gap, and Pleasurewood Hills theme park are all feasible day excursions from here.

Our third visit to Seashore and just as enjoyable. There is plenty to do on site and the Shore Water Park is fantastic always one of our favourite activities. My children took part in a lot of the onsite activities and all are reasonably priced and the team are very encouraging of the children and great at what they do, special mention to Gav who is great at what he does. Entertainment very good and out of all the parks we have visited nobody does it as well as Kelvin seashore wouldn’t be the same without him. The only negative was our caravan was slightly dirty and had a large number of ants which is understandable with the hot weather but our floor being full of crumbs wouldn’t have helped but this did not stop us enjoying what was a great holiday.

7 nights, 27 July to 3 August 2026 3-bedroom bronze caravan, family of five What a magical third visit to Haven Seashore! My happy place on the Norfolk coast has never felt more perfect. We arrived on the 27th and straight away headed to the beach – the boys couldn’t wait. We were told our caravan would be ready 4-5pm however it was ready for us by 2pm, which was a pleasant surprise. The boys loved the Shore Water Park with its huge flumes and waterslides, the onsite amusements, and the convenience of Burger King and Papa John’s right on the park (Burger King for lunch when we first arrive is a yearly tradition). One evening we took our Pizza Deck pizzas to the beach for an impromptu dinner as the sun was setting – pure seaside bliss! The Coast House restaurant was our favourite spot. Big shout-outs to Amy and Marcie who were both great, and of course Rudy in Nisa who was very friendly and welcoming when we picked up all our yummy treats for the caravan. We love riding the open-top bus to Yarmouth – the boys thought it was brilliant! Next time we’ll definitely grab the land train and give that a go. It’s our third visit and we’re already counting down the days until we can come back. Seashore is more than just a holiday park – it’s my happy place, If you’re looking for the perfect family seaside break, this is it! 🌊🏖️

I didn't have a great experience in haven 25 years ago. 1st time I've been since . Wow what a difference. The homes were clean upon arrival. I was at Seaview which was situated near the outside ,very close to the shops and very quiet. A short walk across the road to the clean szndy beach. Great activities for the kids. Kids loved the Swimming . Very well organised. The entertainment at night wasn't my cup of tea but the kids loved it. Would definitely come back.

We have stayed at Seashore before. There is lots to do on site, the facilities on the park are very good. Only grumble would be that the actual pool is far too small to facilitate everyone in the park. It is often overcrowded to the point you cannot enjoy the pool. You are a short drive from Great Yarmouth. You can also catch the bus or the train straight from Seashore. Beach within walking distance. Food at coast house is good for the price. We only went to the Marina bar twice but the entertainment seemed pretty good. Now for the negatives....ANTS!! Our caravan was plagued by ants our whole stay. Granted the park does warn you but it was ridiculous. We put bins out everyday, did not leave food out as advised. Even if food was high up and inside cupboards the ants still got in and we had to throw food away. If you are coming in the summer I would not advise having any food if it does not go in the fridge. I know that ants do not come because of dirty surroundings but it really put us off.

Guests consistently praise this holiday park for its excellent swimming pool, featuring exciting slides and a fantastic splash park that children like, alongside its convenient location directly by the beach. Reviewers also frequently mention the friendly and helpful nature of the staff.

Some reviews mention the caravans can be poorly cleaned.
