Harbour Cottage

Harbour Cottage comes ready for a self-catering break with everything you need already in place. The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. Bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are supplied. Oil central heating and electricity are included, so there are no hidden costs to manage during your stay. One well-behaved pet can stay at no extra charge.

The layout spreads across two floors. Downstairs holds a living room with Freeview TV and DVD player, a dining room, and a conservatory alongside the kitchen. There are two bathrooms—one with a roll-top bath, one with a shower cubicle. Upstairs, one bedroom has a double bed (4ft 6in) and the other has two singles (3ft). A highchair is available if needed. Outside, an enclosed garden and decked area with furniture provide a sheltered spot, and there is parking on site. Note that the stairs are steep, open and spiral in places.

The cottage sits back from a village green, just 50 yards from a pub that serves food. Within 250 yards you'll find a sandy beach, a shop, a café, fish and chips, and a circular nature walk. Broadland boat hire operates nearby. The no-smoking policy applies throughout.
