Starboard Cottage

Starboard Cottage is a thatched detached house built in the traditional style, with exposed beams throughout and character proportions. It sits in Winterton-on-Sea, a quiet coastal village where the pub is a two-minute walk away and the beach and nature reserve are within easy reach on foot. The property is yours alone for the duration of your stay, and one well-behaved pet is welcome.

Three bedrooms sleep six: a kingsize on the first floor, and two further rooms with twin single beds, each with its own ensuite shower room. On the ground floor, a living room with French doors opens onto the garden, and there is a separate sitting room without television if you want a quieter space. The kitchen has a full range of appliances including dishwasher and separate utility room with tumble dryer. A bathroom with bath and shower serves the ground floor. Bed linen and Wi-Fi are included; heating and hot water are provided throughout the year.

The enclosed garden has patio seating and space to relax. Two cars can park on the property. For days out, the Norfolk Broads lie six miles away with boat hire and fishing, while Great Yarmouth's traditional seaside is nine miles distant. Winterton itself is known for seal viewing between November and February. No smoking throughout the property.
