Mulberry Tree Cottage is a single-storey property at Burgh Hall Holiday Park, just outside Great Yarmouth. The entire cottage is yours for the stay. What you walk into is an open-plan living and dining space with French doors opening onto a back garden with seating area, plus a kitchen set up for everyday cooking. Two bedrooms—one with a double bed, one with a single and a pull-out single—share a bathroom with bath, shower and heated towel rail.
The park sits within reach of coastal attractions: sandy beaches at Gorleston-on-Sea and Great Yarmouth's seafront are nearby, as are the Norfolk Broads for water-based activities. On-site there is a pub, a heated swimming pool (charged daily), and children's soft play. One well-behaved dog stays free. Car parking for two is provided. Electricity, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are included. The cottage does not permit smoking.
