The Barn is a converted countryside property sleeping three, with one double bedroom upstairs and a ground-floor living area that includes a sofa bed. A shower room, kitchen with washing machine, and private enclosed garden with sitting-out area and barbecue complete the layout. Pets stay free, and there's bike storage and parking for one car.

The location puts you within reach of sandy beaches at Winterton-on-Sea and Hemsby, both under a short drive away. Martham village—with its green, duck pond, pub and shop—is walkable, as are the riverbanks of the River Thurne. The Norfolk Broads are nearby for boating, cycling and bird watching, with villages like Potter Heigham and Wroxham offering river trips and hire facilities. Essentials including electricity, heating, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are covered. The property does not permit smoking.
