Its a nice place to stay for the older person who likes peace. We were in a family and although the owners were lovely and made us feel welcome, we felt like we had to worry about noise, which sometimes isnt easy when the kids had energy to burn. There was anything for this kids to do there either so from a family aspect it wasnt the best. But dont be put off because if you need to somewhere peaceful then this is your place to stay.

Very lush and green, clean toilets and shower, plenty recycling facilities, the couple just left us to be, dogs on leads as the lady have pet hares running around, not as quiet as I was hoping for as on a route for Norfolk International Airport

Fantastic little site, level, well maintained pitches, 2 toilets and 1 shower in each block, shower was 50p per use but this lasts 5 minutes. The site does have some noise when the workmen load up their vehicles but this is only on a morning and they have normally left by 08.30, The site is then very quiet with the exception of bird noise. The owner is very friendly and approachable and nothing seems too much trouble. It's very well placed with Yarmouth 5 miles away. I would definitely recommend.

Beautiful quiet site surrounded by trees which helps block the wind. Lovely facilities however 50p for a shower is a nuisance - make sure you take plenty of change! Facilities appear recently decorated but not all that clean on closer inspection. Lovely book exchange and ample leaflets for the local area.
