This detached conversion of old farm buildings sleeps 4 across two bedrooms – a double on the ground floor and a galleried twin upstairs – with one bathroom. The whole property is yours alone, with a lawned garden, courtyard and ample parking.

Downstairs holds a living room with a wood burner, a well-fitted kitchen and dining area opening onto the garden, a utility room with washing machine, and the first bedroom and bathroom. Upstairs, the twin bedroom is galleried with views across open farmland. Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included, along with initial fuel for the wood burner. A cot and highchair are available if needed. No smoking throughout.

The property stands on a working farm with marked walking routes to explore. Thrigby Wildlife Gardens, home to big cats and exotic animals, is a 200-yard walk away. The sandy beaches at Winterton and Sea Palling are close by, as are the Broads near Filby and Ormesby. Great Yarmouth's traditional seafront attractions – amusement park, pier, sealife centre – lie within easy reach, while Norwich with its cathedral and castle is a few miles inland.
