Millview Meadow Glamping

We really loved our stay at Millview Meadow. The pod was really clean and had everything we needed for a long weekend break. There is an abundance of wildlife to see as the surrounding area is really quiet and calm. The weather wasn’t on our side but that meant we could explore the local walks and take a quick trip to Winterton-on- sea for a windy walk on the sand dunes. Really lovely, would certainly recommend if looking to get away somewhere peaceful.

We had a really lovely and peaceful time at the cottage. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. The view and the weather were beautiful, and the nature around was amazing for walks. We enjoyed grilling outside and spending quiet time together. The staff were very kind and helpful. Everything was great, and we made some truly memorable moments. Highly recommended!

Before coming to Millview Meadow Retreats, you'll receive all essential information you need for a perfect stay. We booked five nights. If you book for more than one night, I'd recommend bringing your own toiletries. The shampoo and shower gel provided wouldn't suffice otherwise. I might have misread the email, but we were prepared anyway, so it wasn't an issue for us at all. This really is a tranquil place. We were welcomed with coffee, tea, and a jar of our favourite biscuits, which, after a long journey, is exactly what we needed. We fell in love with this tastefully decorated pod instantly. The layout is so cleverly designed, giving plenty of space for a family of 4, and we were pleasantly surprised that our 6ft1 teenager fitted in the bunk bed without any problems. We were fortunate to have beautiful weather for the whole stay, so we stayed out majority of the time, but the pod clearly caters for rainy days, too. Everything was clean and tidy, with the kitchen fully equipped. We were new to the area, so the owners' guide to places of interest came really handy. The golden sandy beaches and the day boat hire to explore the Broads just a short drive away provided perfect family time. We also love camp fires and smores!The fire pit was brilliant, we were having a fantastic time in the evening under the clear starry sky. The three pods are well spaced out, giving campers plenty of privacy. We had a really comfortable stay and made many happy memories. Thank you for allowing us to stay with you!

Fantastic 2 night stay!!! The pod was immaculate, everything you could need, big and spacious for a family of 2 adults and 3 young children ! Great value for money, gorgeous view, good location. Communication was clear and precise. Will recommend to all family and friends !
