Beach Happy is a compact contemporary cottage designed for families wanting easy access to Great Yarmouth's beach and seafront. The ground floor contains an open-plan living space with a kitchen equipped for home cooking, a dining area and sitting room with Freeview TV; two steps lead to the bathroom. Three bedrooms are upstairs: two doubles and one with bunk beds, sleeping six in total. Essentials including heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are provided, along with a parking permit for one car.

The property sits within walking distance of the beach, promenade and the concentration of attractions along the Golden Mile—amusements, bowling, crazy golf, water park, Sea Life Centre, and various cafés and restaurants. The town centre lies nearby with shops, a market square and train station. A pub is within a mile. One dog stays free, though the cottage does not permit smoking.
